This role is ideal for an experienced welder who can accurately read and interpret blueprints, rework instructions, work orders, and engineering orders, while following both written and verbal directions. You will contribute to producing high-quality fabricated steel products, with a strong focus on detail, efficiency, and time management. Robotic welding experience is helpful and will be an asset in this position.

Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a manufacturing environment with welding and fabrication equipment, including MIG welders, grinders, and hoists. Work is performed on-site in a production facility where adherence to safety protocols is essential. The standard work schedule includes Monday through Thursday shifts, with one shift running from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM and another from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, providing extended workdays with consistent hours. Team members are expected to wear appropriate safety attire, including weld helmets, gloves, shields, steel-toed boots, and other required PPE, and to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
