Requirements
5 or more years of experience in project and program management leading enterprise telecommunications and infrastructure deployments.
Proficiency in VoIP system transformations, advanced Cisco networking, and wireless enterprise infrastructure.
Experience with managing fiber optics, structured cabling, public address systems, and fire alarm monitoring integrations.
Experience in coordinating telecommunications carriers, hardware vendors, and monitoring contractual SLAs.
Experience with applying PMBOK project planning, risk mitigation, and holding an active PMP credential.
Experience in executing asset management audits, lifecycle planning, and equipment refresh initiatives.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to coordinate cross-functional activities across distributed operational facilities.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise-wide telecommunications, voice, and data network upgrade projects.
Formulate strategic infrastructure modernizations and multi-year lifecycle roadmaps for voice, data, and cabling services.
Direct complex VoIP and host-voice systems transformation initiatives, including site assessments and migration cutovers.
Coordinate external telecommunications carrier deliverables, SLA commitments, and technology evaluation workflows.
Oversee specialized physical network integrations encompassing fire alarms, HVAC monitoring systems, and Cisco endpoints.
Govern enterprise technology assets by continuously managing inventory reconciliation and digital asset tracking records.
Generate structured project plans, risk registers, and milestone status reports for senior IT leadership.
