In this role you will work a hybrid work model share time at a home office and working out of our Alpharetta, GA location.

We are looking for a motivated and diligent Salesforce Application IT Professional. This position will support global implementations and service delivery of customer relationship management systems focused on pricing and quotations.

As part of the IT team, you will help ensure the successful delivery of application services and projects. You will support implementations across North and South America and help maintain stable service operations for Salesforce and other customer relationship management solutions.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Providing subject matter expertise and end-user support for pricing and quotation applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and end users to identify continuous-improvement opportunities and increase solution adoption.
• Troubleshooting application issues and working with development teams to identify and resolve software and integration problems.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• Managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Gathering business requirements, performing gap-and-fit analyses, and developing solutions that meet business needs.
• Supporting integrations with Salesforce and non-Salesforce systems.
• Monitoring industry trends and Salesforce releases and recommending relevant features and functionality.
• Assisting with the development and testing of new software features like Agentfoce
• Developing and implementing standard methodologies for application-support processes.
• Analyzing pricing and quotation processes, designing and implementing supporting solutions, and providing domain expertise to application end users.
• Supporting implementations across North and South America while helping ensure stable service operations for Salesforce and other customer relationship management solutions.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business, engineering, or similar from an accredited university.
• 2–4 years of IT experience working with business applications, especially in the configure, price, quote domain.
• Experience with software development, preferably on the Salesforce platform
• Salesforce system administration
• Experience as a business analyst or support specialist for IT platforms and solutions.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Ability to support software systems and resolve application or integration issues.
• Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Clear communications with technical and non-technical users.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Consulting experience implementing customer relationship management solutions, preferably on the Salesforce platform.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• ITIL certification.
• Full stack developer experience with knowledge of the software development life cycle and Agile tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and related technologies.
• Exposure to SAP applications.
• Proficiency in more than one language.
• Experience communicating and collaborating with stakeholders and end users in a global environment.
