Build integration frameworks: Design and implement scalable API integration frameworks (legacy, GraphQL , or REST ) that connect customer systems with our services, including reusable frameworks and components.
Translate customer needs: Work with customers to understand their use cases and translate them into effective integration solutions.
Document & specify: Create detailed technical specifications and integration documentation.
Optimize: Optimize integrations for reliability, performance, and ease of maintenance.
Integration & SaaS experience: Strong background in enterprise system integrations and building scalable SaaS products and integration frameworks.
Backend expertise: Expert knowledge of Python , Django , DRF , Celery , and PostgreSQL , with experience in webhooks, event processing, and asynchronous architectures.
Cloud & distributed systems: AWS and cloud infrastructure expertise (including the AWS Serverless Framework ), strong system design and architecture capabilities, and experience testing and debugging distributed systems.
AI integrations: Ability to understand and work with AI service integrations.
Communication: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for various audiences.
Preferred: Experience integrating AI/ML services into production applications and knowledge of common AI integration patterns and best practices, plus a background working with enterprise clients and startup experience.
