Hand Loader Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Hand load small electronic components into fixtures and trays
• Perform repetitive seated assembly work while maintaining accuracy
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow detailed work instructions and production processes
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Work with small parts requiring excellent attention to detail
• Meet quality and productivity expectations
• Cross-train into other departments as needed

Hand Loader Qualifications:

• High attention to detail and strong focus on quality
• Comfortable performing repetitive work throughout the shift
• Good hand dexterity and fine motor skills Ability to sit for extended periods while completing tasks
• Dependable with strong attendance history
• Stable work history
• Experience in electronics, manufacturing, assembly, or quality inspection preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to learn and cross-train into additional departments

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
