Specifically needing part time and full time team members for 6 am -3 pm and 3 pm -11 pm shifts.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile, Create and Maintain Eye Contact, Speak Enthusiastically, Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Offer a Warm Welcome and Fond Farewell to Guests
• Honor and encourage others to Create Craveable Care for each and every person
• Embodying our Mission, Vision and Values
• Multitasking quickly and thoroughly
• Prepare, assemble, and present food, drinks and desserts safely, quickly, and efficiently
• Keep the Front Counter, Dining Room and Parking lot neat, clean, and orderly at all times
• Performing Table Touch Ins to periodically check on guests
• Clean Bathrooms
• Work outside in a variety or weather and temperatures
• Deliver Orders to cars in curbside spots
• Clean Parking Lot
• Adhere to Food Safety and Sanitation guidelines
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
