Position Overview We are hiring Events Staff - Immediate Start to assist with the coordination and execution of in-person events and client outreach activities. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and interacting with people. Key Responsibilities * Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown * Welcome attendees and provide professional assistance throughout events * Support event logistics and maintain organized event spaces * Distribute informational materials and answer general questions * Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event execution * Track attendance and assist with event reporting * Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively Requisitos mínimos: Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Positive attitude and dependable work ethic * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends * No previous experience required; paid training provided Compensation & Benefits * $18–$27/hour based on experience * Immediate start available * Full-time schedule with consistent hours * Paid training and mentorship * Opportunities for career growth and advancement
