We are seeking an experienced Commercial Escrow Officer to manage commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing organization that values client relationships, attention to detail, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling commercial escrow transactions, working directly with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and developers, and ensuring smooth, compliant closings.

What You'll Do

• Manage commercial escrow transactions from opening through closing
• Prepare, review, and process closing documents
• Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and other parties
• Resolve title and closing issues quickly and efficiently
• Maintain accurate transaction records and escrow files
• Ensure compliance with company, state, and industry requirements
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of commercial escrow experience
• Strong understanding of title and escrow procedures
• Experience managing multiple transactions simultaneously
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• ResWare experience is a plus
• Ability to obtain applicable state licensing and notary commission
