Change Manager

Vancouver, WA Onsite (locals or nearby areas)

Experience : 6 8 years

Required Skills & Experience

• 6 8 years of overall IT experience with significant exposure to IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Hands-on experience in Change Management within enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in Greenfield implementation of Change Management processes in the Healthcare industry .
• Strong understanding of:

• Change Management
• Configuration Management (CMDB)
• Major Incident Management (MIM)
• Incident Management (IM)
• Problem Management

• Experience working with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow , BMC Remedy, or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

Mandatory Certification

ITIL 4 Foundation Certified OR

ITIL V3 Foundation Certified

Added Advantage

• Experience or knowledge in:

• Release Management
• Configuration Management
• Incident Management
• Problem Management

• Experience supporting healthcare IT transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to service governance, compliance, and operational excellence programs.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
