Support the creation and implementation of change management strategies and training plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.
Apply structured change management methodology, processes, and tools to support the adoption of changes required by projects or initiatives.
Support communication efforts through the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
Support preparation and engagement sessions with users and stakeholders.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
Develop change management strategies, engagement plans, and enablement activities.
Manage stakeholder engagement by obtaining alignment and support from key functions to facilitate execution of engagement and enablement activities.
Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Ensure execution of change plans as scheduled and adjust plans as required.
Execute and track progress of engagement and enablement activities.
Identify and report risks and issues that could impact project goals.
Provide status updates and reporting to programme and management forums.
Minimum Diploma Holder.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business change management, project support, stakeholder management, training, and reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with active listening abilities.
Familiarity with project management approaches and tools.
Experience in managing vendors and stakeholders.
Experience in supporting training initiatives and change enablement activities.
Strong reporting and documentation skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to adapt to different working styles and personality types.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
Experience in billing, finance, and healthcare industries would be an added advantage.
Immediate availability preferred.
